I took my mazdaspeed 3 in for an alignment after installing coilovers and rear control arms. I was blown away by the hospitality of the guys that work there. Mark sent me text updates on the work being done all while answering any questions I had. It was nice to know my car was in good hands If they did engine and transmission work I would never take my car anywhere else.

Ace Auto of Charlottesville is professional and compassionate! Was out of town for a conference and car would not start before heading home 3 hours away. Called Ace Auto and John listened to my dilemma who then relayed it to Tony. Tony soon arrived and was able to get me and my co-worker back on the road in no time at all. He also suggested what to do since my battery is under warranty, and I'll be taking care of that in the morning. Tony even reached out to me this evening to make sure we got home alright. I cannot thank John and Tony enough for their help today, and thankful our paths crossed today!
